By using ProfitMinter you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
ProfitMinter generates AI-powered sales funnels, video sales letter scripts, and digital products, and provides payment and delivery tooling. AI-generated content may contain errors, so you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing or selling.
Your responsibilities
- You must own or have the right to the content and offers you create.
- You are responsible for the products you sell and for fulfilling customer orders.
- You must comply with the terms of connected services (Google, YouTube, Razorpay) and applicable law.
Payments and subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed through Razorpay. Funnel sales are collected through the payment account you configure. We are not a party to transactions between you and your customers.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
