Who we are
ProfitMinter ("we", "the app") is a tool that helps creators generate AI-powered sales funnels, video sales letters, and digital products. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account info: your name, email, and profile image from Google Sign-In.
- Profile details you provide: phone number and company or brand entered during onboarding.
- Content you create: funnels, offers, VSL scripts, products, orders, and customer records.
How we use Google services (Drive and YouTube)
Connecting your Google account is required to use ProfitMinter, because the core features depend on it. We request the minimum scopes needed and use them only as described:
- Google Drive (drive.file): we create the digital-product files (Google Docs and Sheets) for your funnels in your Drive. This scope only grants access to files the app creates, so we cannot see or touch your other Drive files.
- YouTube (youtube.upload, youtube.readonly): we upload your rendered VSL videos to your channel and read your channel name to display it. We do not access, modify, or delete any other videos.
ProfitMinter's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not transfer it except to provide or improve the features you requested.
How we use your data
To operate the product: authenticate you, generate funnels and products, process payments via Razorpay, send delivery emails to your customers, and show you analytics. We use Google Gemini to generate content from the inputs you provide.
Data sharing
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the app: Google (sign-in, Drive, YouTube), Razorpay (payments), and our email provider (delivery emails). We do not sell your data.
Retention and deletion
You can disconnect Google at any time from Integrations, which removes our stored access to your account. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at the email below.
