Shipping and delivery policy
ProfitMinter is a software service that delivers digital products and online access. There is no physical shipment of goods.
Digital delivery
When you subscribe, access to your ProfitMinter account and features is enabled immediately after a successful payment. Digital products you generate are delivered to your connected Google Drive, and to your customers by email, automatically.
Delivery issues
If access or a digital deliverable does not arrive, first check the email address on your account and your spam folder. If it still has not arrived, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
