Refund policy
This policy covers ProfitMinter subscription payments. Please read it before subscribing.
Subscriptions
ProfitMinter is billed as a recurring subscription through Razorpay. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling stops future charges but does not retroactively refund the current period.
Eligibility
Because ProfitMinter gives you immediate access to AI generation and digital tooling, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you were charged in error, or you believe there is a genuine billing problem, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith.
How to request
Email firstlogicapp@gmail.com with your account email and the charge details. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days.
Sales to your customers
Payments your customers make on the funnels you build are between you and your customers. You are responsible for setting and honouring the refund terms on the products you sell.
